Who can apply for a Firearm Permit at the White County Sheriff’s Office?

    Only White County Residents that reside in an “Unincorporated” Area of White County. If you live in a Corporated Area of White County, then you will need to go to your local Police Department to apply for your Firearm Permit.

    Gun Locks are provided free via PROJECT CHILDSAFE and can be picked up at the White County Sheriff’s Office. See www.projectchildsafe.org for more information.
